What problems were we faced with?

VoileChic’s previous Shopify store suffered from severe performance issues due to poorly developed custom features and inefficient theme architecture. The store was loading slow, affecting the user experience and conversion rates. Additionally, the existing theme customizer lacked flexibility, making it difficult for the client to update content, add new sections and pages in‑house.
